Blood & Water is a crime drama centered around the life of Puleng, a Cape Town teen setting out to prove whether a private-school swimming star is her sister who was abducted at birth. The logo for the show needed to convey a sense of secrecy and mystery, speaking to the parts of our protagonist’s identity that are hidden in the shadows. The balance of what is connected by blood and what can be washed away with water is key to the story.
